The direction of the core through the tape wrapper is carried out using gauges. The gauge must be collapsible (consist of 2 parts), the installation and removal of gauges into the seats must be done by hand (the drawing for the gauge is provided by the customer).
For adjustments (winding angle, position of tapes, tape tension), scales must be applied - angular and linear, brake tension scale.
Adjustments (where possible) should be made without the use of a tool.
The pressure plates for tapes must be round and weigh no more than 10 kg. Handles must be metal.
The tension of the tapes in the wrapper must be stable and not change when the diameter of the tape roll decreases.

The moment of cable tension is regulated by el. AC motor.

The machine control system is based on the controller, operator panel, servo drives and frequency converters from Siemens.
The line control panel must be installed on a separate rack (pedestal).
Additional control panels must be installed on the tape wrapper and armored wrapper (buttons: start/stop, push, line speed increase/decrease, tape break and tape end warning lights).
