Rewinding line for optical cable LPOK-1250
The LPOK-1250 optical cable rewind line is an independent production unit and is designed for rewinding thread, wire, cordel, module, cable and other products that match the parameters.

Design
The rewind line is installed on the floor, has a left-hand design (from left to right), has a reverse with a limited speed, the receiving device has a layout with adjustable pitch, the tension is set by the position of the compensator (two compensators with different ranges of action are provided to ensure the required range of serviced products for tension), between the compensator and the length gauge there is a distance for additional equipment, three meters.
The electrical equipment box is installed separately from the control panel (the control panel is located opposite the length meter), the control panel sets the rewinding parameters (length, speed, stop moment for inspection) and displays information about the diameter, length, registration of insulation breakdowns along the length.
Also, on the control panel, you can set the parameters for stopping rewinding at the site of cable defects for inspection, breakdown-stop, increase or decrease in diameter greater than the tolerance (tolerance is set) - stop and reverse to the inspection site (automatic and manual).
