Line LP-5-800-500 for rewinding cores, cable blanks and wire
The line is designed for rewinding the core, cable blank and wire from the output coil or from the coil (rosette) to coils with diameter control and checking for defects.
Composition
- Dispensing device for unwinding the rosette - 1 pc.
- The console donator is active. The spool is lifted by an electro-mechanical hoist. The clamping of the coil in the quills is carried out by a clamping quill with an electro-mechanical drive - 1 pc.
- Compensator to control the speed and tension of the wire on the pay-off device - 1 pc.
- Wire diameter gauge per pass with control of diameter deviation from the maximum allowable value (with digital and sound alarms, as well as recording results along the length) (Sikora) - 1 pc.
