A cantilever-type drive pay-off device with a mechanical coil clamp and a motorized coil lift is designed to unwind wire or cable and can be used as part of a winding machine, rewinding line or other technological equipment.
On the basis on two axes, the body of the quills is mounted with the drive and clamping quills fixed on it. The coil is clamped by two screws installed in the quills. To prevent loosening of the clamp, locking levers are provided. To facilitate the installation of the coil, a clamp is provided with quills on both sides. To lift the coil, the device is provided with a screw lifter driven by a special motor-reducer with a thrust bearing on the output shaft. The coil drive is an asynchronous motor with a toothed belt transmission to the drive quill. When the machine is running, the coil drive operates in the wire rewind mode under the control of the compensator, ensuring the rewind of the core with a given tension. To control the device, a remote control is provided on the right side of the quill body.

A console-type receiving device with a mechanical coil clamp and a motorized coil lift is designed for winding wire or cable and can be used as part of a winding machine, rewinding line or other technological equipment.
The design of the receiving device is similar to the design of the giving device and differs in an additionally installed spreader on a toothed belt with an individual drive. The spreader ensures even distribution of the wire on the receiving coil. A constant wire lay-out pitch is provided by the control system. To limit the stroke of the spreader carriage, a positioning system based on a central sensor is provided. Two backup (emergency) sensors are provided to limit the spreaders travel in emergency situations.
Electrical equipment consists of a cabinet with power and control equipment, as well as control panels, terminal boxes and mechanism drives.
The machine control system is based on a controller and an operator panel.
